$5.75/lb, approximately 350 lbs.* Add to cart to make a downpayment of $150. This downpayment is required to process the beef in your name. Your downpayment is non-refundable if you cancel your order after the product has gone to processing (approximately three weeks before delivery). The final total cost will be determined by the weight of the beef (usually between $1900 – $2100). We will invoice you for the final payment.
A half beef requires about 7 cubic feet of freezer space. You will get a variety of roasts, steaks, stew meat, soup bone, short rib and ground beef. The price listed is a down payment to reserve the beef and will be applied to the final cost. Cost is dependent on the weight of the steer. Half beef quantity averages about $2000. (Please note: price is charged based on hanging weight.)
