Beef
We are taking orders now for 2010. Please use the paypal buttons (on the right) or contact us to place your order. You may order whole, half, quarter or split quarters. We also have our popular sample packs available for those who would like to test the quality before committing to more.
We have two types of beef. All of the beef is naturally grown. We have grain finished beef, which we supplement the diet with barley raised on our ranch (we only feed a low-grain diet). This gives superior marbling for great flavor and tenderness. We also offer Grass-only fed beef. This reduces the fat and increases omega-3 fatty acids and cancer-fighting CLA (visit eatwild.com for more information about the health benefits).
Below is a list of a typical delivery per quarter beef (approx. 150-175 lbs or about $500). We can't specify final price until after processing as weights vary. If you order before we process, you may be able to specify your preferred size and quantity per package. A quarter beef requires about 3 cubic feet of freezer space.

We are testing the market for open range chickens. We have been raising chickens for ourselves and will be making some available to our customers on a limited basis. If you are interested, please contact us for more information.

2010 Processing Schedule:
We currently have various sampler packs. Each sampler pack contains 1 roast, 4 steaks and 6-8 lbs of ground beef for only $85.00. We are taking orders for 2010 supply which will be available August through December.
Interested customers must send down-payment funds before processing date. Current pricing for Grain Finished Beef is $3.10/lb hanging weight. Pricing for Grass-only Fed Beef is $3.30/lb hanging weight. Additional delivery fees may apply.
